We have been canning our eyeballs out! we have done tomatoes, tomato soup, salsa, green beans and a ton of apples and when I say a ton I mean it. We picked one tree and got 130 qt of applesauce and that was all from one tree we still have 5 more I don't know if I am even going to bother with the other ones. I have also discovered the joy that is freezer jam and now my freezer is packed with raspberry peach jam and there is another batch of raspberries to be picked outside.
So the pictures below have nothing to do whith canning but they were taken on a trip to Temple Square and I really liked them. So here they are for you all to see. Enjoy
